The game
WordWiggle gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. We may add, change or remove features, levels, events and rewards over time. Some features, like the Daily Challenge, leaderboards and friends, need an internet connection.
Your account
You can play as a guest, or sign in to keep your progress across devices. You're responsible for your device and sign-in. You can delete your account at any time in Settings or by emailing us. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.
WordWiggle Plus (auto-renewing subscription)
- What you get. Plus removes ad offers and gives the daily and per-period bonuses shown on the Plus card in the shop, for as long as the subscription is active.
- Length and price. Plus is offered as a subscription with the period and price shown in the app before you buy (for example, monthly). Prices are set in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.
- Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store account settings (on iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Plus stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Coins, gems and other purchases
Coins, gems, looks and other in-game items are a licence to use virtual items in the game. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred outside the game. Purchases are restored with “Restore purchases” in the shop or Settings.
Fair play
Don't cheat, use bots, modify the app, exploit bugs or interfere with our servers or other players. We verify scores and may remove scores, rewards or accounts that break these rules.
Content and names
The game, its words, art and code belong to WordWiggle. Display names and nudges must not be offensive, impersonate someone or include personal details. We may change or remove names that break this rule.
App Store and Google Play
If you got WordWiggle from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and WordWiggle, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to support the app, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply.
Warranty and liability
WordWiggle is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
